Sinochem to become new controller of Yangnong Group
The State-owned
Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Yangzhou Municipal
People's Government (Yangzhou SASAC) decided to transfer its 0.06% stake of
Yangnong Group to Sinochem Group (Sinochem) for free. After the transformation,
Sinochem would become the new controlling owner of Yangnong Group.
Lianyungang Hetian becomes third domestic company
to obtain flufenoxuron TC registration
On 16 September
2013, Lianyungang Hetian obtained a new registration of flufenoxuron TC, becoming
the third domestic enterprise which has obtain registration of flufenoxuron TC.
Although the demand for flufenoxuron is small in domestic market at present, it
is estimated to have a bright prospect.
