In H1 2013, the
total export volume of captan technical and formulations in China witnessed an
increase of 54.36% year on year to about 742 tonnes, according to China Customs
and CCM.
Seed treatment for wheat strongly promoted in China
On Sept. 27, 2013,
the Ministry of Agriculture held a meeting for the training of wheat seed
treatment technology, aiming to promote wheat seed treatment this season.
According to the information from the meeting, the application rate of wheat
seed treatment is going to reach over 90% in the 2013/2014 wheat planting
season in China, higher than that of 87% in last season.
